
Mindful Study Workshops for Teens

Session 1- Wednesday 24rd Aug 4.00-5.15pm
Session 2- Wednesday 31th Aug 4.00-5.15pm
Session 3- Wednesday 7th Sep 4.00-5.15pm
How much: $150 for all 3 sessions
3 x 1.5 hour workshop sessions curated specifically for teens (aged 12-18) who are entering exams or testing situations.
You will come away with powerful and practical tools to engage in mindful study practices, including:
how to cope with exam stress and worry
how to get your mind and body in the study zone
tips on how to absorb and remember information more effectively and efficiently
creating positive affirmations and thoughts around approaches to study, exams and learning
how to create a mindful study space
What to expect:
some yoga based movement that will be suitable for all participants (fully inclusive)
hands-on activity
discussion and reflection in a safe space
take home tools to use in your everyday life
What to bring:
Notebook and pen
Water bottle
This workshop is facilitated by a fully qualified secondary teacher with 200hr yoga training. The workshop operates under the We Are Worthy policy and procedures.
